Aeden did an outstanding job at Express today. Great customer service. Great upselling and setting up the service getting me in and out in a quick manner. I work for a pest control company and I’m always in the run and in a bit of a hurry. So the quick and easy service he provided was definitely a breath of fresh air. Thanks Aeden. Keep up the good work. 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
First time here (new to the area) and the service was top notch. Duncan was very professional and thorough with my service. I will definitely be coming back! The team members seem like they have great communication between one another even on a busy day!
Extremely slow moving service person Aj. No urgency whatsoever and overly quirky. The guy was on the phone half the time. I got lapped with 2 vehicles finishing in the bay next to me before my oil change was done.
They went from being independently owned to now a corporate chain and it seemed like way more unnecessary checks and balances with each tiny step of the oil change process. A routine oil change that should take 15 minutes took 45 minutes.
Prices have sky rocketed as well. Used to pay around $80-$90 for a full synthetic 7 quart oil change and now it’s over $130. Can get better service at a dealership And get a free car wash.
Sometimes some people come to a shop for the services. Sometimes people come to a shop for the people. The store manager Cody has been and is going through a lot, having a brand new baby at home. The incredible dedication, he has driving from New Braunfels. Even with that in mind, most managers stay in the office doing paper work. Cody's actively on the floor with the guys. How crazy how far this location has come, some people don't realize what it takes and Cody has it running his crew. Ill always follow him for him no matter the company or location. Thank you Cody for servicing the community and the individuals such as my self. Without you, my vehicle would of ended up scrap a long time ago.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and an inspection. After arriving, I was told they couldn’t do inspections as there was a system down that was “out of their control.” They told me about another place nearby to go to, but unfortunately this place had a very long wait. The second issue was they did not have washer fluid due to a “national shortage,” (that is only seeming to affect this location). So the convenience of a $100 one stop shop was lost. I spoke to a manager who offered his poorly run shop as an excuse and he had very little in the way of understanding beyond “we hope we can do better next time,” which if you who are reading this is that next time, I hope so too.
