  I have rented from Enterprise many times and have always appreciated their reputation for being customer-friendly, but my experience at this specific location was completely unacceptable. I was issued a rental car that was experiencing problems, so I brought it in to get the issue resolved or the vehicle swapped. Instead of receiving basic customer support, I was actively stonewalled by an employee with white hair who was incredibly rude, dismissive, and openly sarcastic. He showed absolutely zero willingness to help me with a problem that Enterprise created by renting out a faulty vehicle in the first place. It is baffling that someone with such a hostile attitude toward customers is allowed to work the front counter. Management needs to seriously evaluate this individual’s employment and replace him with someone who actually understands basic hospitality, because his behavior completely ruined the experience. Until this location addresses its staffing issue, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

  I’ve worked with Austin at Enterprise several times now for SUV rentals for work travel, and he’s always been great to deal with. He knows what he’s doing, gets me in and out quickly, and makes the whole process easy. One time I needed a rental on a Sunday when his location was closed, and he went out of his way to arrange for me to pick one up at the Cedar Park location that was open. That really helped me out and is a good example of the kind of service he provides. Austin is friendly, professional, reliable, and just good at his job. I appreciate having someone I can count on when I need a rental for work and would definitely recommend him.

  Charging me for hail damage when its been 100 degrees, no storms, and no hail having been reported since april (5 months ago) on multiple different weather sites. Get insurance coverage or take a lot of pictures before because they will lie about it. Received the car with crumbs in cup holder but the car was checked by 6 different people between customers apparently. None of the cars in their parking lot got hail damage because "they park under trees"
