  Mikayla was GREAT the last 2 times I stopped by! I also spoke with a gentleman about switching the 2026 Chevy Trax I was put in due to a car accident, there were no AC vents in the back seat so my 19 month old was sweating in his car seat everyday. They put us in a Chrysler Pacifica at no extra cost and the vent hovers right over his carseat so he is not hot and sweaty in car rides home. They have been great here and if I ever need to rent for personal reasons I will definitely come back to this location!

  Enterprise on Bell Blvd in Cedar park Texas are a terrific group of people. Extremely great to work with. I got to watch them help customers take care of issues. They were kind, knowledgeable and did a great job!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable experience – avoid if you value your time This was by far the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. Enterprise allowed me to make and confirm a reservation, but only called me at the very last minute—after I had already arrived at the location—to tell me that they didn’t actually have a vehicle available. If the car wasn’t available, why was I allowed to make a reservation in the first place? To make matters worse, I had traveled all the way from Liberty Hill, wasting my time, fuel, and effort. Instead of showing any empathy or trying to make things right, the staff were rude, unprofessional, and offered no real solution. Their customer service was extremely disappointing. What made the experience even worse was that they didn’t even offer a courtesy pickup or drop-off, despite the inconvenience they caused. A company that advertises customer service should at least make an effort to help customers after creating such a major inconvenience. A reservation should mean a vehicle is being held for you—not a false promise that gets canceled after you’ve already arrived. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for customers’ time. I will not be using Enterprise again and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental car company.

  They didn't have the vehicle I reserved online. I chose a different option because I was heading out of town and had to have a vehicle. When the person called me out to check out the vehicle, it was not the one I chose. Add to that, the tires looked like they needed to be replaced so I hope whomever got that vehicle didnt have far to travel. Finally got the right vehicle and had to sign a million different times because the reservation was mixed up on their part. The girl who checked me in to the correct vehicle was super nice and friendly which was a positive note to leave on. From the phones ringing off the hook, the banging at the cabinet store next door, and all the back and forth- the experience was much less than positive. I will definitely use another location if I need a car again.
