  Avoid at all costs — damaged my vehicle and refused to make it right ​I had the worst customer experience here and strongly advise anyone who values their vehicle to stay far away. ​While entering the automatic wash, the attendant directing my wheels was completely negligent. During the wash cycle, I noticed my car was positioned dangerously close to the equipment on the left side. Sure enough, the machinery ripped the side trim off my car. I only realized the full extent of the damage once I got onto the freeway and saw the trim flapping in the wind. ​I immediately returned to the car wash to report the issue. The staff had me fill out an incident report, popped the trim back on as a temporary fix, and claimed they needed to review security footage to confirm the damage. A week later, a manager called stating he would look into it and follow up with me. ​That was the last I ever heard from them. They completely ghosted me, offered zero resolution, and refused to take responsibility for damaging my car. Terrible service, negligent staff, and absolute zero accountability. Take your business somewhere else!

  ⭐️ 1 Star I’ve been dealing with Snap Clean since June 2026 regarding damage to my practically brand-new vehicle, and we’re now approaching September with no resolution. My vehicle had no prior damage, and Snap Clean is the only car wash I’ve used since purchasing it two years ago. After months of back and forth, my claim was denied based on alleged “previous damage,” which I completely dispute. I’ve asked them to provide photos or video showing the damage existed before entering their car wash. I’ve been patient, provided documentation and professional estimates, and communicated with management. The way this claim has been handled has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

  Be careful with this place ! We bought a platinum package and decided to cancel it since it was a little far for us plus on top of that they won't always dry your car etc as they state when you purchase this plan. We cancelled before the month was up and they keep charging our card to this day ! I need a phone number to corporate a management that will efficiently help.

  Once you sign up, cancellation is not available. I have attempted to cancel through the website, but I consistently receive messages indicating my email is associated with another account. I submitted a request through the "Contact Us" feature for assistance, but I have not received any response. Despite my efforts, my credit card continues to be charged for the membership. I am now considering disputing the charges and contacting the Better Business Bureau to resolve this issue. I also left multiple voicemails seeking support.

  Great customer service - The entire team definitely goes the extra mile to make sure your experience is always great, from making sure you are satisfied with your wash to making sure all the free amenities are available for each guest to use. The membership options are awesome to choose from and it’s easy to manage online by scanning their QR codes they have located onsite. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this car wash - If you have any issues don’t hesitate to speak with any manager on duty, they will take care of you!
