  I had an appointment bright and early at 8am. They got me in with no delay. I was able to observe the tech through the windows from the waiting room. They preformed an oil change and a tire rotation which was free.

  Thanks a lot for ruining my Sunday, Cyrus. My appointment time was not honored and I was waiting for over an hour to even be acknowledged. Once acknowledged by Cyrus I explained to him that I booked a 9am appointment(they open at 9am) and it was now 9:45 he told me “ he wasn’t here last night so he has no control over me not being serviced at my appointment time and I would have to behind other cars that arrived after me. I then had to wait an additional hour to be serviced. All I need was one tire. Worst. Experience. Ever.

  I had the best experience at Mavis Tire! The team was very informative and provided excellent customer service. They were able to get me in and out quickly since I was in a rush for an event. The prices were great as well. Highly recommend!

  I had a flat. Made a late evening appointment bc other tire shops close at 5. They informed me that my tire was OK, but my rim was cracked. They treated me like a Queen. At no charge, they installed my spare, marked the crack so the repairman could easily see it, and made some helpful suggestions. I would 100% go back there for any tire needs and would highly recommend them to friends. Their customer service is outstanding.

  I called over three hours in advance to ask if they could do an oil change on my Audi. I specifically asked if they worked on Audis, and they said, “We work on BMW, Audi, and Land Rover all the time.” When I arrived, they told me, “Oops, we don’t have your oil filters; we need to order them.” I was asked to wait an extra 15 minutes, and the staff seemed unsure about what oil my car needed. I asked if they knew how to reset the computer for the oil service interval; they said they did but didn’t sound confident. After sitting for about 20 minutes, the lady asked me what I usually pay for an Audi oil change. I said typically $130–$150. She said, “With us, it’s $240 plus taxes—are you willing to pay that?” I asked why it was so much, since Audi does rotation, fluids, and oil for $130. She said, “I don’t know, but that’s what you’d have to pay.” If you care about vehicle do yourself a favor and take it somewhere else.
