    I had a great experience with the Enterprise Rental Car in Cedar Hill, Texas. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and fast from start to finish. They made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free, and their customer service was excellent. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of quickly. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely rent from this location again. Highly recommend!

    This place gets bad feedback for things out of their control like not having the right vehicles. That problem is a bigger corporate issue with their inventory system not accounting what is actually on the lot at a certain location which is not the fault of the team working this location. The team working this place are great and do everything within their power to satisfy their customers needs even in the midst of being slammed with customers (in-store and on the phone). Marwin was the one who helped me and he was calm and collected under all the pressure around him. All the team members were super responsive and respectful. I’m giving 5 stars for the great team working this location who stay calm, respectful, and helpful in midst of chaos and long days. Keep it up fellas!

    πŸ‘€πŸ‘‰ Well if you follow me you know it takes ALOT for me to leave a Negative comment on a Business. But considering I'm 46 and My Entire Family and Myself have been doing business with Enterprise this is just NOT 🚫 good business 😞 I realize people have personal things going on in their own areas of life. But CUSTOMER SERVICE is First Thing When a Customer comes in to rent a vehicle I would think πŸ€” that the person checking you in etc would be friendly and not rude. But heck what do I know anymore. Guess ENTERPRISE just doesn't care anymore. My son rents a full size in Grand Prairie then is told oops we don't have any so we come to Cedar Hill to be told well I dunno what we have. And Standard and Fill Size are the same price. This girl could care less LITERALLY checking my son out. I ask will can we see if there is a full size at another location? Nope can't do that Wants to give him a small car and not even caring that he is spending $800 plus. I'm sorry this makes no sense to me at all the whole thing !!!! I'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNDERSTANDING, CARING ETC. Very unprofessional So don't come here if you want KINDNESS or at least don't let the young girl check you in cause she doesn't care. We are kind people, I still was kind even though she was not. I just don't understand why why why People do not treat others the way they would want to be treated !!! RANT OVER 😑😑

    I initially had a frustrating experience with my rental reservation. The issue began when I attempted to check in online using my Visa debit card, but the system would not accept it. I called customer service for assistance, and Marvin explained that the SUV I originally reserved required a credit card for payment. I was disappointed because I specifically selected that SUV size for a reason. After listening to my concerns, Marvin took the time to explain other SUV options that might be available. I emphasized that I needed an SUV with ample legroom for my husband. Marvin recommended a Standard SUV and assured me he would do his best to accommodate our needs. When pickup day arrived, another employee initially attempted to place us in a smaller SUV, despite my earlier concerns. Marvin noticed that I was upset and immediately stepped in to assist. He took over the situation, addressed my concerns professionally, and ultimately provided us with an SUV that worked perfectly for our needs. I truly appreciate Marvin’s professionalism, patience, and genuine care in making sure we were satisfied. The SUV he provided was excellent, and his customer service made a significant difference in turning the experience around.
