  I walked into the Cedar Hill location after placing my request about five minutes earlier. When the agent greeted me, I jokingly asked if my car was ready. He looked at me confused, and we both ended up laughing when he said, “Really? You just placed the order.” His energy matched mine perfectly. As he started processing my rental, he asked for my insurance. I told him it was on my phone… which was sitting at 2% and about to die. I asked if he had a charger, and he said, “You’re not prepared.” We cracked up again, and he helped me get my phone charged so I could pull up my insurance and get cleared. While talking, we discovered we had a college connection through Greek life and even knew some of the same people. That sealed the deal — I knew I was in good hands. Thank you, Chris, for being a great agent and matching my energy. You helped set the tone for a great weekend. You’re the best!

  I have been a customer here for years and I have to say these young men are amazing and respectful I have seen customers be rude and impatient and the way these gentlemen handle adversity is to be commended they are the reason I rent from this location keep up the great customer service and do not let anyone steal God's light in you.. To all the people sent here from other Enterprises if they do not know you are coming and you have not reached out to them please don't try to hold them accountable for someone else's mistake just because you were sent does not mean they knew you were coming please dont get upset with them if there's not a vehicle available because where you came from or you did not do your due diligence in reaching out to them before you arrived don't punish them for this

  I have never experienced such a lack of urgency or professionalism from individuals representing a major corporation such as Enterprise. During my interaction with the gentleman assisting me, I explained that the Enterprise website was showing that the location was sold out of vehicles due to what appeared to be a technical or availability issue. Unfortunately, rather than making a genuine effort to identify a solution or provide an alternative, I was essentially told that I would have to pay an additional amount in-store. However, when I asked for clarification and a resolution to the issue I was experiencing online, no meaningful solution was provided. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of urgency and ownership demonstrated during the interaction. I understand that technical issues can occur, and I do not expect employees to have control over every system issue. However, I do expect a representative of Enterprise to make a reasonable effort to assist the customer, explore available options, or escalate the matter when a problem cannot be resolved at the counter. The overall interaction felt dismissive and lacked the level of professionalism and customer care that I would expect from a company of Enterprise’s size and reputation.

  I had the most amazing experience here! The customer service was truly unmatched. Caleb was the person who assisted me, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Every staff member at this Enterprise location was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I honestly can’t say enough about how great their customer service was! They made my experience exceptional from start to finish. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
