  Very nice and polite people and the delivery person was very helpful and patient and on point with everything !! Great place to go and see about getting a rental if you ever need it for sure.Darrien was the man that delivered the car

  All of the employees from the front desk to the driver who picked us up from the body shop were pleasant, kind and very well trained in customer service! A great experience during a bad situation ( car wreck ). Thanks for everything ya'll did and the excellence ya'll exibited.

  Talk about outstanding customer service! We have a red oak location closer to us but we drove to cedar hill since I had a great first experience. My second experience was even better. Kaleb Green was kind and super helpful from the moment we walked in. His customer service went above and beyond and we will for sure come back to this location always! Everyone here was kind and welcoming, I would highly recommend!

  Darrien (sp) was our representative when we picked up. Very nice young man! The Chrysler Pacifica was awesome. Extremely good gas mileage! I didn't catch the young man's name we dropped off with, but he was also very nice and professional. Great experience, as usual.

  I received a letter in the mail, a month and a half after I did business with this Enterprise, trying to collect $545 from me for a cracked windshield that was present upon renting the vehicle before pulling out of their parking lot. I pointed the crack out and the rep said that already had that documented but yet now trying to collect money for the window replacement. Proof in the picture provided (for 4/18 before pulling out of Enterprise parking lot) that the crack was present on rental day of 4/18/26. Additionally that day I had to return this vehicle because it was rapidly losing air in one of the tires. I called Enterprise and the Enterprise rep stated to just put air in it. I told them that I was not going to be able to travel to another state with a vehicle that was losing air continuously in the tire. He acted frustrated and when I got back to return the vehicle very blunt and basically just handed keys. Probably want to rent elsewhere.
