I had a bad battery and my cable was having a hard time coming off. It wouldn’t start so I had to leave it up there until I was able to remove. I came a few days later explaining it to Dre McFadden and he stepped in quick removed the cable replaced my battery and made sure it was good too go. I made sure I reached out to Mr. Henry DM asap to inform him on his employee at 3110 store. Thanks again.

Absolutely the worst autozone I have ever dealt with! Every single person I spoke with was extremely rude. Had to call them several different times, only to be placed on hold and no one ever picked back up, so I had to hang up and call back. Finally had to drive all the way back to the store since they gave me the incorrect plugs that I ordered online. What should have been a 1 minute swap for the correct plugs, turned into a 15 minute cluster of a mess!! Not only did they not exchange the wrong plugs they pulled for my order, but they screwed me out of 103.00 and wouldn't give me my spark plugs!! I literally picked up my online order 1 hour prior. I got home, checked them, saw they were incorrect, so drove back up there. Then they just kept telling me I had already returned them?? How in the heck did I already return them when I literally just picked them up and went straight back to the store with them in my hands to exchange them! Oh, and the lady behind the commercial counter, rudest person ive ever met!! Stay away from this store and autozone as well. Talk about getting screwed all the way around! Oreillys is my new store after this ordeal. And yes, im contacting corporate. I either want my 103.00 back or the correct spark plugs!!
