  I went to get a serpentine belt replaced on my vehicle and they found the cause and educated me on it. Nathan and Jim were kind, respectful and fastpaced with their work of getting things done. They checked for more than what I asked to make sure I had no other issues so that I could make it home. Thank you all and stay blessed.

  Oh shoot , where do we start?! The team at Mavis is super helpful, knowledgeable. We take our company trucks to get serviced and tires , and this fleet company can be a pain at times and even through the hassle , they stay positive and helpful and a timely manner

  I had a great experience with Mavis Tires in Carthage, Texas. The staff was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what my vehicle needed in a way that was easy to understand. They worked with me to get my tires fixed quickly and had me back on the road in a timely manner. I really appreciated how respectful and patient everyone was throughout the process. It's hard to find businesses that combine excellent customer service with quality work, but Mavis Tires definitely did. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tire service or vehicle maintenance in the Carthage area!

  Went to use the free air to air up a tire to plug, but it seemed as if the air compressor was having difficulty. Josh who works there, and that I know came to help. He checked out the tire, and the air compressor. When realising the air compressor wasn’t working properly; he took my tire into the shop, and aired it up. Then took my plug kit, and plugged my tire for me! Top notch employee right there! No one asked a dime from me. Just asked me to share my experience. If Mavis is going to have employees; like Josh Taylor, who went out of their way for me when he didn’t have too; then Y’all gonna be alright there Mavis! Thanks again Josh! You’re a wonderful human being! Keep up the good work! Much love. 💯
