- ABAaron BeattieAug 14, 20261.0DONT GET THE MEMBERSHIP - the little helpers will say it’s canceled but it never gets cancelled and you still get charged months after. You can use their website to say that you are still getting charged but it doesn’t work. Now I have to go over there and talk with a manager about why I am still getting charged

I paid $29 for the Fortify wash because their advertised promotion through T-Mobile did not work—this was fine, as I had wanted to try it out because of the good reviews anyways. After the first wash, my car still had a lot of bugs on it, so the worker let me go through a second time but did not prewash or help me scrub the bugs off before sending me into the tunnel. I was not given a receipt. Upon checking my car after the second wash, not only was it still dirty, but it had also sustained a deep scratch on the bottom of my bumper. The scratch is clearly fresh. I called their customer service number and was on hold for close to 15 minutes, just to be told that I needed to fill out an incident report onsite. When I told the lady that there was just the one guy running the wash, she reiterated that I needed to find someone to fill out an incident report. I went inside the building hoping to find someone else who was working, but there was nobody else working. I have gone through numerous soft touch and touchless car washes and I have never sustained any damage on my vehicle until today at Whistle Express Car Wash. At the time of this review, I am still sitting at the car wash and have filled out an online request form through their website. I may change this rating depending on if or how they choose to make things right.
