  Great for an oil change if you're in a hurry. I've used them for years because let's face it, life is busy. One thing though, if you're looking to get your inspection, go elsewhere. Last year when I needed it done, "their machine was broken" (that continued for a couple months) This year, they were open, but their "inspector" wasn't coming in until later so I had to make two stops. Once to get my oil changed there, then somewhere else to get my inspection. Takes away the whole "convenience" thing people come here looking for.

  Got oil changed 2010 tundra. This is a one owner truck that I have been under about a week before I took it in for an oil change. Only 2 of my skid plate bolts made it on the truck and they left the oil filter drain plug loose so I had to clean that mess and tighten it down. Crazy how bad they’ve gotten I used to work at this location years ago and it is definitely not the same as it once was I would steer clear of this location for sure if not the brand entirely.

  Always cone here for full syn oil changes, inspections, etc. Had a really weird issue with windshield wipers that I could not figure out. One of them was smacking the windshield really hard periodically and it was driving my crazy… Michael at this location figured out that the drivers side wiper was slightly too long, touching the other one and causing it to literally jump over the passenger side one, hitting the windshield.. They covered the replacement blade for me.. Class act staff here..

  Waited for 50 mins, burning my car’s fuel to get state inspection done !! For the first 15 mins, no one even come attend me. When they finally did attend me they told me to move back and let another driver ahead of me coz apparently they waited for too long in a different lane !! Later when I informed them that I needed state inspection they told me to move over to lane 3 (dedicated lane for inspections) ! Only if they attended me sooner I wouldn’t be waiting there for 15 mins! When I got to lane 3 I was 2nd in the line. But the car ahead of me happened to also need an oil change along with state inspection (?!?!?!) and took them at least 20 minutes! When it was finally my turn the state inspection was pretty quick (hence the 2 stars). Took about 7 minutes, but the wait and overall experience was extremely unpleasant. I’ll look for another place for my upcoming oil change.

  The guy I dealt with said I looked like I was drinking the night before…extremely rude to comment on someone’s appearance like that. Then tried to upsell me on filters and bs for a brand new car. Very unprofessional. This is a review for that particular employee and not the place in general. I’ve never had an experience like that previously.
