  i stop at this RaceTrac just about everyday, usually more than once in a day. it's always so dirty during the daytime, with trash and puddles of water on the floor everywhere. the disheveled employees seem like NPCs from a video game, and not in a charming way. it's a very different experience here during the late night. it is always really neat and tidy, and the employees are friendly. Kiffissia always makes sure that things are orderly.

  On 5/9/2026 I drove up to this location To put $30 worth of gas into my car I went in and I used Apple Pay the transaction went through just fine. After leaving this location I ran to the grocery store and realized I got two emails that said that I have been double charged for the same amount twice. I was a little confused about that because I visit this location All the time for drinks, food, and gas. So after leaving the grocery store, I stopped by again to speak to the cashier about why I was charged two separate times within minutes of leaving. He couldn’t tell me why so I asked to speak to a manager. The shift manager (Alex) Asked me a couple of condescending questions. Like how do you know that you got double charged? And did I read the emails that were sent to me? Ha. So I answered yes, to both questions just to appeal to his rudeness. He printed out two receipts for both of the transactions and couldn’t give me a reason why I was charged twice within minutes. He just walked off without saying anything and left me standing at the counter for about five minutes. Apparently, he went to the back to check the cameras to see what time I actually came in. He confirmed that I came and paid with my Apple Pay once. So then I asked him why are both these receipts different like they have different information on them. He responded. I can’t ask the printer why the information is different because they don’t speak English. lol Which is a funny thing to say to someone if they were being rude. But I was getting highly annoyed because he couldn’t explain to me while I was charge $30 twice at two different times at the same pump when gas is almost 5 dollars a gallon. I don’t appreciate him being rude And unprofessional. Whoever is the higher leadership needs to use this as a coaching moment.

  Have come.to this store for years but recently it is so sirty...standing water, trash on.grouns right outside door etc. Associates who shrug their shoulders at standing water from a leak by the soda machines. "It's been like that" and "I don't work at this store...I am just helping out". Sad.

  I'm not a huge convenience store person but from time to time convenience wins. I was starving on lunch break and didn't know what I wanted, ran in for chips and my diet coke but ended up with a hot dog and froyo as well. The customer service was outstanding, store very clean I was truly impressed. Keep up the good work!

  Kiffissia is the dream employee for RaceTrac. She is attentive, kind, engaging to us customers. I was blown away by her personality, especially at 10:30pm. It was my first time at this RaceTrac & if she moved to day shift- I would be a frequent returning customer just because of Kiffissia. I also guarentee you'd have countless returning customers because of her as well. She is the boost of dopamine and a ray of sunshine!
