  Lee and Mike just detailed my truck. They were professional and communicated with me the whole time. The interior of the truck was crazy dirty. They got all the dirt, grass, and crumbs out of the crevices and it looks like the day I bought it. Will definitely be using Prizm again.

  I booked an appointment with these guys to detail my RV. After the young lady and I spoke for about 15 minutes and confirmed the services I wanted and the price, she said my appointment would be at 5pm that same day. Okay, fine. Then she says “we need a $50.00 advance deposit for the work so we know you’re serious”! I said, “we’ve been on the phone for almost 20 minutes and I’ve given you all of my credentials. Doesn’t that tell you I’m serious”? Well after getting nowhere with this she simply said that without a deposit they wouldn’t waste their time coming out. This is completely ridiculous! Why would they think it’s proper to ask someone for money up front when they’ve done absolutely nothing? And most importantly, what guarantees does the customer have that they’ll show up after getting your money? I certainly hope the owners see tho review and make the necessary adjustments regarding this “advance deposit” policy. I’m driving a $70,000.00 RV and you don’t think I’m serious?

  I hired Prizm detailing to do a full interior and exterior detail of my mum’s beloved Kia Soul as a surprise for her, and it absolutely did not disappoint! From start to finish, Austin was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. He treated the car with such care and attention to detail that it honestly looked better than the day she bought it. Every inch of the interior was spotless, and the exterior had an amazing shine. Seeing the smile on my mum’s face when she saw her car was priceless.
