This has happened multiple times where we reserve a specific truck and then I get there only to find out it's actually at a location 20-45 minutes away. This means my return trip is now much longer, I have to unload and reload all my tools at a different location, more fuel wasted, more driving when I just needed it nearby at that location, if I wanted it at another location I would have reserved for then. Also, when I do get to the location, instead of having the truck ready I have to sit and wait another half hour for i don't know what, only to be given a trashed truck. I am starting to really hate that my company uses Penske.

I had a fantastic experience with Penske thanks to Sammy! I originally rented a 12 foot truck to haul my stuff 1,000 miles to another state. After getting in the truck, I realized it was not going to suit me for this long haul. I went back into the office and asked Sammy if I could upgrade. She upgraded me to a 16 foot Ford which had recent service because she knew I was driving far, which was awesome! It handled well, had plenty of power, a backup camera with live feed review camera for travel, and blue tooth. She gave me a great deal on the upgrade and was just awesome overall. Sammy is a true professional and knows her stuff! I highly recommend the Carrollton Penske location as well as Sammy. Thank you for helping me make a long trip more comfortable and confident!

I was in a position where I had to clean out a house very quickly. Thankfully, I was introduced to Rusty through mutual family friends. He made the reservation for me and took initiative to find an amazing rate. When I arrived, Sammi was the manager that kindly greeted me. It was a stressful time and they made everything so easy. I cannot thank them enough.

First of all, moving is a pain in the butt, but renting the truck was hands-down the easiest part thanks to Rusty at the Carrollton location. Super friendly guy and was extremely helpful. Thanks, Rusty.

Ridiculous that a 26' long box truck can only be rented with a credit card, while the rest can be rented with every other payment method.
