  I just change my flat tire with the donut spare. Pull in to your shop to get my flat tire repaired, within a reasonable time the service manager show me the tire with circle drawn on the center of the threads, stating that was the hole and pointed to a patch on the inside therefore they could not fixed. I would need to buy a new tire. I was expecting to hear this. I knew the the hole was on the edge of the treads and would not be fixed because the sidewall location. I chose to leave without the repair. Went to a near by shop ask them find and repair, they show me the the hole location. I ask about the circle mark on the center location and was told there was no leak there. I think I made the right choice.

  Ask for Gene at this location! He's great. He'll give you his honest opinion and tell you what you do need and what you don't need, but he won't try to convince you to buy anything you don't need. Make sense? Anyway, I really appreciated his honest candor, and I recommend him. (Other people here might also be amazing--I only worked with Gene.)

  They dont open until 8am. I got there at 745 and someone was at my vehicle helping me at 750, unsolicited. Super helpful and easy to work with. I had a flat tire that they mounted, balanced, replacement the spare I put on and put my spare back all in 20 min. Took me 1.25 hrs to do it myself. Easy, fast and efficient. 10/10 experience.

  Honest and fair pricing (which is hard to find), very professional and friendly staff at this location. They were able to correctly diagnose my strut/suspension issue and had it fixed in a timely manner as well. Fernando, Gene and the rest of the crew are top shelf and highly recommend! Thanks again for all the hard work guys!

  The person that worked on my car left the lid of my air filter laying off to the side. It, literally, could had fallen out and I would have been without. I take great care of my vehicle and have, honestly, never had such poor service. The lid to my filter was bent, they left the filter unlocked and not placed all the way in. The case to my battery terminal left off. I purchased 2 new tires which were severely over filled. I live 2.5 hrs away and that in itself could have been dangerous. The "manager" I spoke with is named Andy and he came at me with a response of "we're all humans and we all make mistakes". Ugh... Not when it's YOUR JOB! This is what you do for a living! And if they think it's ok to make mistakes on cars, then they are, obviously, untrustworthy, unprofessional, and quite honestly, dangerous. Mistakes on vehicles are never ok. Not wanting to take accountability for their mistakes is not ok. I would NEVER recommend this place. At least not if you value your car.
