This place does not want your business! Don't waste your time. Brought my car here to see what was wrong with my tire because it kept showing low pressure (see picture attached) I assumed a nail or something but wasn't sure.. the guy that was helping me didn't seem interested... he looked at the tire and told me it was perfectly fine... when I asked him to kindly double check due to the constant low pressure sign, he said "go to Discount Tires they will know what to do" I was shocked to hear that! I am glad I took his advice and went to Discount tires and sure enough they immediately resolved my tire problem.. I guess Discount Tires will now be getting mine and my family's business because clearly Just Tires is not capable.

Came in this afternoon with my flat tire car. Brian - the manager here was able to take a look at the car tire and figured out exactly what was wrong with it. Thank you so much Brian - we will be coming here. :)

Original 5 star Review- Very friendly, excellent customer service. Took care of us as soon as we walked in and provided fast service. Edited- We initially came into this shop to patch up a tire, but then ended up needing much more afterwards. Right after we took our car to this shop, our tire pressure kept fluctuating and the dash was completely lit up. Eventually we had to take it into the car dealership service center to check what was going on with the car. That’s where we found out someone had zip tied our tire pressure monitor. The only place we took our car into before going to the dealership was here, so it wasn’t hard to deduce who did it. We contacted this shop right away and were given the run around multiple times. The manager finally talked to my husband and although he was friendly, he was also new so he had no idea what was going on. He also told us that whoever managed the store before him hadn’t kept organized records. So there was no shred of records/invoice that indicated we were even at this shop at all. And we didn’t receive a receipt either cause it was a free tire patch. Luckily I made a review on Google and was able to prove that we obviously visited this shop. They ended up giving us corporate‘s number and after a month of repeating my same story to four different people and leaving multiple voicemails, I finally got them to at least agree to pay for the charge we incurred from the dealership to fix our sensor. At the end of day, the people who work here were friendly and it’s really nice that they patch your car for free. But they’re clearly shady or at the very least unethical for not telling us they accidentally broke our sensor and tried to do a quick “cover up” instead. Maybe it’s better now that it’s under new management, but I personally wouldn’t risk it.

Stopped in to get a tire plugged found a nail while at gas station. Waited less than an hour and had a good conversation with the tech inside who assisted me. I walked out free of charge and would recommend if I ever need more services.
