In a time of crisis for me, Mr.Manase Mose was EXTREMELY kind and helpful in getting me in a rental car. He was very efficient, personable, and lead me to a car that fit the needs of my family. I would rent here time and time again if needed, please make sure to give them a call if you have rental needs!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible Experience: Disregarding Family Safety and Deplorable Customer ServiceThe vehicle we rented was not equipped with the proper safety features or safely maintained. The tires were way too low on tread, which directly caused us to have a dangerous blowout on the highway. After managing to pull off the highway, we attempted to put the spare tire on, only to find that the tire iron was completely missing from the vehicle. We called Enterprise Roadside Assistance, and this began the absolute worst customer service and support experience of my entire life. It was a miserable, grueling process just trying to give them information and get a solution to get my family home safely. Instead of prioritizing our safety while we were stranded on a high-speed road, they actively refused to help us on the highway and instructed us to unsafely drive the vehicle further off the highway before they would assist us.To make matters worse:Complete Lack of Empathy & Hanging Up: The agents were not sorry at all for the life-threatening situation their poorly maintained vehicle put us in. We were hung up on 3 separate times by representatives, making it impossible to even complete an initial survey or get answers.Ginger Was the Sole Exception: On our 4th attempt, we finally reached an agent named Ginger. She was the only person in this entire nightmare who actually cared, showed basic human decency, and successfully got an Uber set up so we could get our family back to the hotel.Disregard for Terrified Children: My 4-year-old child was absolutely terrified by the blowout and being stranded. Enterprise did not give a damn.Unacceptable Wait Times: They expected us to sit on the side of the road for 6 hours waiting for a tow truck with a 9-month-old baby and a 4-year-old child, had we not forcefully demanded the Uber that Ginger arranged.Abysmal Support & Deflection: When taking our statement, they repeatedly insisted on calling it an "accident"—an offensive attempt to deflect blame from what was clearly a severe lack of basic fleet maintenance.Zero Internal Communication & Ongoing Harassment: The left hand has absolutely no idea what the right hand is doing at this company. The very next day, we received a phone call from the local Enterprise branch aggressively demanding to know where the vehicle was. Roadside assistance had completely failed to communicate that the vehicle was being towed. We were continuously harassed by the branch until the vehicle finally showed up at an Enterprise location 72 hours later. Unbelievable.Enterprise showed a catastrophic failure in vehicle maintenance, roadside support, internal operations, and basic human decency. Edit to update: The reply below, sends you to a generic Enterprise contact page. They really don't even care about customer feedback. Moral of the story avoid Enterprise at all costs. Unless you want to be left in an unsafe situation.

Great car. Service was good. They had a car for me even though the branch I had initially booked with said they did not have a car available and never bothered to call me before I went there. This branch was awesome both for pick up and return.

I had a great experience with Enterprise, thanks to Manase, the branch manager. My car was in the shop for repairs, and he made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. He was right on time picking me up, which I really appreciated. Even more impressive—when I was running late for drop-off, he stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule without any hesitation. That level of customer service is rare these days. Manase went above and beyond, and it made a big difference. Highly recommend this location because of him!
