  Excellent! Trish and Noah were fantastic. I had recently had my front brakes done and another store. There was something going on with it and I came right to this store and they were on it right away. They replaced the stuff that needed to be done to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to make sure I was safe. They were very accommodating, honest and great communication. Thank You!

  ⭐️ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing I had a terrible experience with this shop. I brought my car in because the Check Engine light was coming on and off. I also told them that the car was making a strange engine noise. They diagnosed the car, told me the sensor needed to be replaced, and I paid around $910 for the diagnostic and repair. After I picked up the car, the Check Engine light came back on. I returned to the shop and explained the problem. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the manager told me to take the car to the dealership and said that they were done with me. What was especially disappointing was the manager telling me, “I’m not a mechanic. Anyone who comes here for a diagnostic has to tell us everything that is wrong with the car.” I am not a mechanic, and that is exactly why I paid this shop to diagnose the vehicle. I told them about the Check Engine light and the engine noise. I trusted their diagnosis and paid for the repair, but the problem came back immediately. I paid nearly $910 and ended up being told to take my car somewhere else. Extremely poor customer service and very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this shop.

  My experience at Brake Plus today was exceptional, particularly given the same-day appointment scheduling. Trish demonstrated impressive expertise regarding the services I inquired about, and she proactively offered valuable insights into potential future maintenance needs. The technicians conducted a comprehensive inspection of my vehicle, identifying several issues of which I was already aware. Specifically, I have a known slow crank condition, which is a common characteristic of this particular vehicle model. This issue is typically related to grounding, and I have frequently encountered situations where technicians mistakenly attribute it to a faulty battery. However, the team at Brake Plus accurately identified the slow crank, utilized a battery tester, and confirmed that my battery was indeed in good condition. I greatly appreciate their thoroughness in inspecting the battery and their honest assessment. I intend to become a regular client of Brake Plus.

  Trish was so helpful in showing me what needed to be fixed with my brakes and pointed out an oil leak near the oil filter that I didn’t know about. I had recently gotten an oil change, so they must have missed it. She suggested I go back and get it taken care of. My brakes are doing great! Thank you, Brakes Plus, for doing a great job on my brakes and pointing out other things I needed to look into. You’re in great hands with Brakes Plus!

  Took my car here to get an alignment. They started telling me that my car needed all kinds of stuff that it didn't need and was not related. It's been over 2 yrs and car is running just fine. Dishonest shop.
