  Very unprofessional experience. My mechanic went to this AutoZone to return an unused set of brake pads. We originally purchased two different sets for the same truck because there were two possible fitments and we needed to make sure we had the correct one. When he attempted to return the unused set, the manager, Stephan Harris, initially claimed they could not issue the refund because they didn’t have cash available, even though there was cash in the register. After wasting our time and making the situation unnecessarily difficult, they ultimately accepted the return and refunded the cash. The issue isn’t that the return wasn’t completed—it eventually was. The issue is how it was handled. There was no reason to make a simple, legitimate return so difficult. As a business owner, I expect managers to handle customers professionally and respectfully instead of creating unnecessary problems just to demonstrate authority. I will be contacting upper management regarding this experience. Stephan Harris, professionalism and respect for your customers’ time matter.

  I left my car lights on overnight by mistake. This morning I got a “start engine button malfunction “ warning light. The car started after a few tries. I was in Bedford, I took it a local Autozone, he tested the battery & said it was drained. He suggested I drive the car 15 minutes or longer and have it checked again. I drove it my home in Carrollton and went straight to my local Autozone. My tech, Christian, tested it again and said the battery was dead. He replaced my battery & everything is back to normal. Christian was very respectful and polite. I love my local Autozone. They always treat me right. Thank you Autozone!

  Auto expert’s technicians Mr. Stanley, Mr. Kevin Gonzales, and Mr. Christian Salazar assisted me during a shift change. They were all very professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. The service they provided saved me over $1,000. They confirmed that my battery was operating at full capacity, despite my having been told it had failed a load test. They also addressed additional minor maintenance issues and completed the work promptly. AutoZone has earned me as customer for life. If you are looking for an auto shop you can completely trust I highly recommend!!!

  Johnny Trann is amazing and we appreciate all his hard work in the dark. Giving it his all full the last minute in the heat. This man is a true example of what an employee should be.

  Had a dead battery. Xavier helped me to troubleshoot and even checked my alternator. I was ready to purchase a new battery but he looked up my account and found that i had warranty care left. He even installed my new battery and disposed my old one in the 110F heat. These guys deserve a raise. 5 star service. Much appreciated. Thank you Professor Xavier!
