- VSVaughn SamuelsDec 5, 20255.0Excellent experience at AutoZone today thanks to GWEN! For the last few days I couldn't get my car to crank even though the battery was fully charged and dashboard on. Finally got it to start and drove it immediately to AutoZone to test. I figured it was something in the starter system and was going to be an expensive fix. Gwen immediately went out to run the test and I was surprised to see the battery failed. Plus, I couldn't get a reading on the starter until there was a good battery in place first. We went to the battery aisle and she guided me through their warranties and what her recommendation would be. Thanks to her help I got a new battery in quickly and I was pleasantly surprised to see the rest of the test results were positive. I liked that she showed me the screen where it showed the whole starting system & charging system register as good. That was a weight off my mind to see I didn't need a new battery PLUS a ton of other work. Through the whole thing she was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick to help. That goes a long way with me especially during Christmas season when money is tight. I highly recommend asking for Gwen at AutoZone and will return!
