  Typically I go this location however I was in the Resler area and stopped by for wipers and it was nice to see a familiar face (Leo ) he was the team member that helped me he was kind , knowledgeable , and very helpful . Thank you Leo for all your help , Auto Zone is lucky to have you as their employee . I went in for wipers and felt embarrassed to ask for help but Leo kindly assisted me I had to shout him out at both locations because of the awesome service he provides !! THANK YOU LEO

  Went in to get help with my windshield wipers and Efren was able to help me out. He saw I was struggling with my baby and offered to bring the items to the front so I can see which ones were better for me and had his co-worker did pitch in on the help. I appreciate these guys helping me out since I have no clue what a car needs besides gas.

  Joe, the store manager (guessing he’s new and hopefully won’t last long) started profiling me as soon as I walked in. I have a commercial account for my business at this location. He called my company to confirm that I worked there. This store used to be great with friendly staff. Now everyone is rude standoffish. The only way to circumnavigate this issue is to place the order on autozonepro to avoid dealing with the staff. He just threw a 15 year relationship out the window.

  You can borrow tools....for free...so you don't have to buy them....They check your check engine lights when they're on,so you know what's wrong with your car. And this is very helpful. And all these for free. Thank you AUTO ZONE for doing these for us customers. These way I found out my pic up truck needed the Fuel Pump.
