  Worst pilot to stop for a break or to freshening up. Them two guys for bathroom will be ur worst way to start ur day.

  I was waiting for my shower but I went and saw the shower there and the shower was already green with the green signal. No one was doing clean , cashier name RYAN , another men waste my time

  This is real and true had this happend to me at pump fuel my truck with diesel at small car pump and by the time I went inside and used bathroom truck started smoking and light came up that theres water in fuel, ok so usually truck will still work but this wasn't ordinary water in fuel truck shut down on me at pump and I started checking why and what happened yup you wouldn't know its water with dirt and it did ruing my engine so now its being over half a year trying to work with them to get money for repairs but so far hasn't got anywhere cost of repairs for truck engine isn't cheap not calculating I didn't have work for 2 months if you out all that together probably 30k but pilot won't take responsibility. I really don't know if its their pumps or hoses but something lumped water with dirt In to my fuel system so bad that it went through 2 filter to get to engine I still cant imagine how it happened but it did. I have all record probably 5 or 10 videos of me draining all that dirt through water separator got atleadt 8 half gallons out and didn't help added 1 video of what came out

  This pilot has new up to date fuel pumps paying for fuel on the pilot app is very convenient just enter the code and you are good to go The cashier named Gracie was very helpful and friendly and patient good job pilot.

  First I have had to wait being 3rd in line for over an hour. Then I called the store and the staff was very rude. No one has to wait this long when you are 3rd in line for the showers. So I went inside to see that the staff was just too lazy to clean them./ Rebecca/ Rachel what ever her name is was arguing with me said after waiting for two hours my shower was skipped she was walking from the front to the back just saying smart comments to me. She was too old to be this unprofessional and unhappy working with the public. The man who came in to relieve her finally gave me a shower I wish I would have gotten his name but he worked the night of 6/4/2026 he was very polite after fixing his co worker mistake and lack of customer service. I thank him very much. If I wanted to wait three hours for a shower I would park at Bonnie View Pilot. She needs to be reprimanded for her customer service and attitude. Hopefully the next time I park here she is gone.
