I'll preface this review by saying that I've used other Safelife locations several times over the years and always had good service. Not so this time. We arrived, with an appointment, to see three individuals in the service bay, sitting and chatting. It took at least 2 minutes before anyone bothered to come to the car to inspect the chip. Once they decided it could be fixed, they told us to get out and they would pull it in. My husband is in a wheelchair, so I got him out and we headed to the waiting room, only to find it under construction and were told we had to wait outside. In Texas. In July. So, they direct their customers to wait in an asphalt parking lot in 95 degree heat. And then it started to rain. So we waited outside, in the heat and then rain, for 30 minutes. Because we had set an appointment, they had our contact information and could easily have called and let us know that there was nowhere to wait so that we could have made other arrangements. Instead, they opted to sit us outside, not even offering to help us inside an empty service bay to get out of the rain. (We could not wheel the wheelchair over the lip of the service bay.) Next time, I'll drive 30 miles out of my way to another location.
