My RV AC went out around 4 PM on a hot, humid Saturday during Memorial Day weekend, and after reaching out to multiple companies, no one else even responded. The owners Nick and Sarah of LTS Mobile RV Repair showed up around 7:45 PM and immediately got to work, despite the heat, humidity, looming darkness, and mosquitoes. Nick first tried replacing the fan, but when that didn’t solve the issue, he told me he could come back the following day. I understood and was completely fine with that. To my surprise, shortly after leaving, his wife Sarah texted me to say he was on his way back that same evening to finish the job. I was honestly flabbergasted — and incredibly thankful, grateful, and blessed. By 9:30 PM, my RV had a brand-new AC unit installed and running perfectly. This level of dedication, professionalism, and customer service is extremely rare these days. LTS Mobile RV Repair went above and beyond when they absolutely did not have to, especially on a holiday weekend after dark. If you need honest, dependable RV repair service, I highly recommend them! He came out Monday afternoon and within 30 minutes he had is fixed. No more LEAK!!! I asked him if he could take look at a slide topper we have been having issues with. He did and found that the topper wasn't installed right to start with and he fixed it. Thanks so much for the quick service! Very professional and reasonably priced for mobile service. We will call again if we have any issues!
