  Overall, the service I received was excellent, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and customer care provided by the staff. However, I was unable to have all of my vehicle's needs addressed due to the inspection machine being out of service for several days. I initially visited the shop for an oil change and had hoped to complete my state inspection during the same visit, but the inspection machine was down. I returned two days later to have my tires rotated and again attempted to get the inspection completed, only to find that the machine was still not operational. At that time, I was informed that the expected repair date would be sometime the following week. While I understand that equipment issues can occur, the situation has been inconvenient, requiring multiple trips without being able to complete the needed inspection. I enjoy using this shop because of its convenient location and the consistently excellent customer service I receive, which is why I hope this issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
