I stopped in just to get my oil topped off, and when I went to start my car afterward, my battery was completely dead. 😩 I have a trip tomorrow and still needed to get home, pack, and get everything ready, so the timing could not have been worse. They immediately jumped in to help. They checked the battery, confirmed it was completely dead, explained my options, and got me set up with a new gel battery. The whole thing was handled SO quickly I was back on the road within about 15 minutes! What could have turned into a stressful evening was honestly no big deal because of how fast, helpful, and kind they were. I really appreciated that nobody made me feel like an inconvenience and they just took care of it. CJ, Hailey, and Sebastian thank you for saving my evening and getting me back on the road! You guys were awesome. ❤️ Definitely a 5-star experience!
- WWWaking up with the WarrensAug 28, 20261.0I have had the worst experience in the 5 years I’ve been a customer with the valvoline at 131 SW Wilshire blvd! They completely stripped my drain plug screw out of my oil pan and tried to fix it without me knowing now they want to act like they aren’t to blame just because I had a rear main seal leak fixed over a year ago! A already $100 oil change has turned into a $1500 nightmare and it seems like they could care less… completely unsatisfying! Do better valvoline !
