  Extremely patient and understanding! They will will work with you to make sure your car is in great condition! The assistant manager, Bailey, was extremely kind and understanding. Will come back again if needed.

  This place does a great job of taking care of their customers and really knowledgeable about cars! They stayed really late one night taking care of our car, after their promise to get it done that day. Little issues just kept getting them behind. Good guys!

  I will never go back first off the tech said 45 minutes then comes back an hour later and informed me I need new brakes all around and cabin and air filter replaced,what I came in for 2 new front tires.I did not know they gave a complimentary inspection of my car if they had let me know I would have refused it because my husband is a mechanic I just need tires.Then another hour goes by and they come out to tell me that the tire machine is giving them fits and they can’t get one of my tires to bead ,mind you they told another gentleman that same story that was waiting longer than me.Another hour goes bye and now I’m complaining about the wait and you have had my car on lift with all my tires still off and when I bring it to your attention now you want to fix it,all in all 3 1/2 hours later I finally get to leave all to get 2 new tires on my car.Another thing

  Got my tire repaired, excellent service. They were down a guy today but got the job done as quickly as possible, gave me a reasonable expectation of time line and got it all done. The guys at this location have always taken excellent care of me and I will always come here when I need something taken care of. Thank you Garrett!

  I took my car here at the beginning of the week because I had a nail in my tire. Due to the location of it, I had to replace my tire. I went ahead and did the other front tire so the tread matched and Garrett gave me a great price for both. I asked questions about an issue I started to have with my brakes and him and Brett were very patient with me about explaining my strange brake sound and offered to drop my car off for the full day so they can take a look. Came back over the weekend and Brett looked at my car and was very thorough with the investigation on what my possible brake noise could be. He found all sorts of things with my brakes - bent hardware and caliper pins, one brake pad completely snapped in half upon taking it off, among other things. Apparently the last people who did my brakes did an awful job. Not surprised. We just moved to the area, and where we came from, I could never find a car shop that did decent work. There were constant issues and the work was constantly crappy. However, now that we are new here, I am thrilled I found a car place that I can trust. Mavis is completely different and it’s a breath of fresh air. Thank you for being honest, open, and making sure your customers are well taken care of. Finding a reliable car shop is very important to me and I’m so happy we found that. We will gladly be taking all our cars here for our future needs and I will be recommending this Mavis location to everyone I know.
