  Had an appointment at 1pm. Waited 4 hours for 4 tires with No communication or condolence from the manager. Two people didn’t show up for the day so running behind is understandable but that could have been communicated at any point and we could have left eh car and come back to pick up.

  Great people they tried to help me in anyway possible I had to find the tire else where but it’s a 21’ so it’s not common but they installed the tire I brought to them with no problems

  I had been in a terrible pinch when I went to Shreveport a few weeks ago for my uncle's funeral and I was sent away with my Chevy HHR still rattling all the way back every time I would depress the brake even after I spent $2,350 to have it allegedly repaired. Took the car to Mavis here in Burleson when I got back and Garrett and his crew told me that the brake pads and the rotors needed changing. That should have been inspected when I was in shreveport. However, Garrett and his team took excellent care of me and fixed my car with the proper brake pads and rotors. I don't remember in recent memory when I have had such a smooth ride when I tap the brakes. I wish that they had been in Shreveport instead therefore it would have saved all the stress but it is what it is. I feel very fortunate that they took care of me in such a professional and kind and most importantly truthful way which is not the same thing that I could say for the people in shreveport. Both Garrett and Chris possess wonderful attitudes and a very kind and attentive to your needs. I will certainly go to them for any future needs and I suggest you do the same. However I do not suggest that you go to the Mavis tire and brakes on Mansfield road in Shreveport louisiana. They are not truthful and I caught them in several lies.

  I went in today just to rotate my tires this company had the best price. The Assist Manager came, and started to explain this was not a simple job. My truck had aluminum lugs covers that expand then separate from the actual lug. The price when up exponentially. I wasn’t mad it wasn’t their fault. We talk about options. Ultimately I decided to take my truck home. To attempt to resolve the issue. They explained they couldn’t do the same because of the liability. I told them I appreciate it. I asked what I owed them for their trouble. They told me not to worry it, and share my experience. I was very appreciative. They acknowledged my decision, and didn’t pass any judgement. Bailey in Burleson and the other manager were both great.
