  Felts really jumped through hoops to accommodate me on short notice when my new car was having issues. They coordinated with the dealership and handled everything for me. To top it off, when my wife’s car also had issues on the way to meet me there, they took it in after hours, checked it out, and waited there until they knew we could both get home. Haven’t been to another shop in a long time that knows how to show customers they actually care.

  I have a 2010 Toyota 4Runner that I knew needed some suspension work. The entire process at Felts was amazing. I felt informed, and didn't feel pressured. They took the extra time to make sure I was safe on the road after repairs. I appreciate they offer payment plan programs for people on a budget like me. Highly recommend Felts!   Fast and professional service when my car recently became undriveable! They gave an honest diagnosis of the problem and a very reasonable cost for repair. These folks are very friendly and CARE about the customer and the work they perform. Highly Recommend!
