My experience has been absolutely wonderful. Not only did my car get a thorough check up, but I was given an explanation of any issues/ potential problems it had. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto-body shop. Everyone there was so kind and worked with me!

Hands down the best service I've ever had getting my car repaired. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and was able to not only diagnose but show me through a video of exactly what they found and explain it to me to where I understood. It's never fun hearing what's wrong with your car and then having to fork up money to pay for it LOL but the staff was very informative and treated me like family. They worked with me to get me all set up in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody!
People at Felts were polite. I took my car in at noon and got it back by noon the next day. I reported that the interior fan was only working sporadically but the mechanic did not verify that because he only saw it working. I believe that the vehicle that I brought to Felts could not have been investigated appropriately during the short time that they had my vehicle. The issue of the interior fan running sporadically was never confirmed by the mechanic because he could not have spent sufficient time with the vehicle. The mechanic only saw the fan working. Then Felts wanted to replace the working fan motor and they weren't even sure that was the issue... At a cost of $1200. No thanks. Felts was recommended to me but my experience was disappointing at best. The $175 initial inspection was based on what is standard for the industry rather than personalized for my very low mileage vehicle therefore many of the recommended services were irrelevant and would have only been money wasted. I want my mechanic to recommend service based on what my car needs not what the car industry says it needs. As a follow up to this review, I took the car in later to Family Toyota of Burleson and they fixed my car for $488. Felts wanted to charge me $1200. Stay away from this place, they are a wolf in sheep's clothing.

I had a great experience with Felts Family. They fixed the splash shield on my SUV quickly and professionally.
