- WWWindy WooOct 4, 20255.0Being a new EV owner I love the fact that EVgo is located in my area. I use the app a lot and keep my fingers crossed that it is still available when I arrive, so I never have to wait at the location. I would like to also add that I had an issue 1 day ago were the system some how had an error while I was connected and I was unable to get the connector to release. I immediately called EVgo and the CSR quickly resolved my problem by guiding me through on how to get the connector to release. 😊

- NLNeal LockeOct 20, 20241.0Charger would not connect to my car or the other customer's car that was there. Also, card reader would not read either of our cards. (May have been due to the connection issue, but the instructions on the screen said to place our RFID cards over the card reader.)
- AHAida Rivera HernandezJul 24, 20215.0This is a great place to charge you car it is for real faster we get to eat while we wait and it was ready. And isn’t expensive. You do have to download their app to pay. Great shade by the way in case if you want to wait in your car.
- BKBill KerrJul 8, 20195.0Super convenient charging. 3 designated parking slots Plus a skinny space good for motorcycles. I used level 2 charger at 6kW. Not only free but requires no app/card/login. Just plug in and charge. Good selection of restaurants in adjoining parking lots. Cracker Barrel has restrooms w/o having to go through the restaurant. Also has snacks and drinks for counter purchase w/o having to sit down at a table.
