  Sadly this review does not reflect my prior experience with Enterprise but I am new to the area, as my family and I recently relocated from out of state, and I reserved a vehicle with Enterprise in advance. Unfortunately, my experience with this location was very disappointing and unlike the level of service I have come to expect from Enterprise. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was initially told that I will not be able to complete the rental because I did not use my credit card, which I left at home in my safe, and because I had an out-of-state driver's license. I have rented from Enterprise many times in the past and have never encountered this type of issue. Eventually, after debating with the manager about how inconvenient this issue is for me and my family, he made an exception and allowed me to rent the vehicle, which I appreciated. However, additional concerns arose when I returned the vehicle. There was a long line of customers ahead of me, and I waited more than 30 minutes at the branch before being assisted. Prior to returning the vehicle, I filled the gas tank to the level that had originally been discussed. When I later reviewed my receipt at home, I discovered that I had been charged for an additional hour of rental time, even though a significant portion of that time was spent waiting in line at the branch. I was also charged for an additional gallon of gas. Neither of these charges was communicated to me when I checked out. Additionally, no one walked outside with me to inspect the vehicle, verify the mileage, or confirm the fuel level at the time of return. After discovering the charges, I contacted Enterprise Customer Service and was advised that someone from management would follow up with me. It has now been two days, and I have not received any communication from either the branch manager or a regional manager regarding my request for a refund of these charges. Although the amount in question may not be significant, this is a matter of principle and customer service. I have been a longtime Enterprise customer, and I have never had an experience that made me feel as though my business was not valued. This experience has been extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I have previously received from Enterprise. I respectfully request that the additional rental-hour charge and fuel charge be reviewed and refunded, and that someone from management contact me regarding this matter. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution.

  We used the Enterprise in Burleson, Texas. They were very kind, courteous, and easy to work with. The service that they provide of transporting you within a certain distance to bring you to their facility to rent the car and to pick up your car if need be is wonderful for the customers. Worked very easy with our insurance in helping us rent a vehicle while our car was in the shop.

  I want to give a special shout out for Neil at this Enterprise. He saved the day! My experience started out not too good. Neil swooped in and made me feel like a valued person and treated me kindly and respectfully. Enterprise needs more like Neil! The vehicle worked great, but Neil's effort made all the difference. To everybody in that location, watch Neil and learn! You'll be #1 before you know it. If he's not the manager, he should be! Peace!
