  Excellent and quick service, highly recommended. They are professional and kind. They did the service in less than 30 minutes including checking all my vehicle fluids.

  Came in for a routine oil change for a fleet vehicle. Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes when the manager lady came in with an attitude saying our fleet company denied all services. I thought that was strange so I called them and they said they didn’t deny anything in fact they approved everything except they were requesting synthetic blend which Grease Monkey didn’t have. So the manager not only lied to my face but canceled the whole fleet request without doing any more due diligence. The Fleet company said they would happily approve full synthetic if she would just send the request back and she said to my face “ok well we’ll be sure to take our time sending the request back” like somehow her being inconvenienced was my fault? They not only lost a customer but an entire fleet worth of vehicles. You do not treat customers that way. Period. The older gentlemen was very helpful and nice, but I can’t give business to a company that employs a manager like that.

  I’m only giving this 3 stars because of the final result. My wife went here to get an oil change because this was supposed to be easy convenient. I’ve been super busy and haven’t been able to do it. To their credit; My wife said the service was great. Everyone was kind. They even gave her a discount because she was shocked at the price. But- She sat there for 30 minutes They came back in and showed her some photos of the underneath, claiming there was a leak in three different systems of the vehicle. Oil residue is not a leak. This obviously just confused my wife because there’s no oil puddles in our driveway and I would’ve caught this. So the person in the office told her about these problems and said we might be able to go back to the previous service department and hope for a Warranty fix. My wife shrugged this off because we don’t have a warranty on the vehicle. It’s a used vehicle. hen realized she didn’t pay. Went back to the store. THEN They decide to mention they didn’t even do the oil change. Final result being an hour wasted, no progress made, no task completed, and a confused wife. So I told her to leave, The whole point of These oil change service centers is to get a quick service done without dealing with all the politics and semantics of a dealership.
