  Front-desk worker Chris made an almost frustrating experience smooth out. Pure patience and understanding regarding an issue with my rental, not an ounce of trying to just speed things up to get rid of my calls/questions or mindlessly direct me to another agency. The kind of thing that would make this place a go-to/no-brainer if I needed a rental again since I know the staff will probably behave similar ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Don’t ever rent a vehicle from this place their unprofessional, unethical, breach of rental contract terms/agreements, allow unauthorized/Unlisted drivers to drive, return and switch vehicles without proper identification or updating the rental agreement and driver information. This includes insurance risk exposure and contract violation. I repeatedly asked to be removed from the rental agreement and they refused. Since Then I’ve had to get my attorney and the Laws involved to help resolve this issue. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. 0/0 would NEVER recommend!

  This rental exceeded my expectations. Very easy and efficient. I've rented through Enterprise many time in the distant past. My daughter even managed an Enterprise location at one time. This was a return after 10 years of not needing a rental. Now I'm thinking of an upcoming circumstance where Enterprise may be a good fit. BTW, the Hybrid Corolla was a new experience for us and a joy to drive. Best regards,

  Car was infested with Ticks crawling all over us within minutes. On our baby and she got a bite on her. It was horrible!
