  Driven got my 2006 Z4 Air conditioner going again after all the parts were ordered. I'm not going to lie that it took a long time since parts came from across the world!!! There was only one in all the land available for my car! Carshield covered the costs! BMW wouldn't touch it without replacing the entire AC. Driven did it in less than two weeks, but the entire fiasco was sit and wait... Frustrating... Two workers left making my work order fall between the cracks! I had to stay on them to make sure my car was being worked on. I ended up getting a rental car for the last 5 days because Carshield will pay up to $100 per day. Finally the day came to pick up my car, it was blowing cool air!! It was an expert job well done so far! Two days in, no issues. The car sat for so long that it needed to be run long and hard to clean it out. I'm grateful that Kevin and his Crew did a good job. I knew when to call and when to back off. We did this dance and it was always respectful. I appreciated that. We were both frustrated with how we were both thrown in together and had to make it work. My beautiful car is worth it!! Thank you so much!!

  I was driving home from Mission, TX after taking care of my late grandmother’s affairs when my car suddenly flashed “Service Power Steering Soon” and “Service AdvanceTrac Soon.” I called about 10 shops and no one picked up until I reached Driven Auto Service. The gentleman who answered was kind and reassuring and told me to bring it right in. Even though they didn’t have their programmer on hand, they got my car running well enough for me to finish the last three hours of my drive home safely. The whole team was super friendly and fast, and they even let me wait in the lobby with my dog, who was traveling with me. That meant the world after such a long, emotional week. Thank you, Driven Auto Service, for going above and beyond for a stranger passing through. If you’re anywhere near Buda, this is the shop to trust. Best shop around! 🚗💙

  Hello, recently had my car serviced with Driven Auto. Walked in to make an appointment Kevin was great to work with, knowledgeable answered all my questions and concerns. My car is running better. Love the feature of after the service I received a text message showing me what other things to look at and they included photos for reference. Overall I enjoyed getting my car serviced here! Definitely recommend!

  The folks working here are so nice and fast! I had an issue in my car that I was sure I wouldn’t have the car over the weekend, but thankfully it was ready on the same day. Thank you so much for the kindness and great service :)
