  Simply the BEST experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop! From the front desk, to the mechanics, these guys are amazing and run an honest, valuable and reliable business. I brought my car in toward the end of a business day for an inspection, thinking I was having issues with the fuel injectors.. The mechanic quickly discovered instead, that a gasket needed to be replaced and was leaking oil into a spark plug. They had a quote for me the same day, and my car was ready for pick up nearly 24 hours later. Their efficiency and fair pricing is top notch. I highly recommend this place; my husband and I will surely be back to have any issues repaired here.

  This was my first time at this location. My daughter gave really great reviews. My other daughter and myself is very satisfied with the service and professionalism the staff has. Everyone came in for service the kindness and friendliness was the same. I had a oil change, and my daughter had more work did to her vehicle and it drives great after the work was completed. I will be returning with my car for a tuneup. Thanks Driven Auto Service!!!❤️

  I had a great experience with Driven Auto Service! I brought in my 2020 Ram 1500, and the team took excellent care of me from start to finish. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient, and they did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process. My truck is running great, and I really appreciate the follow-up afterward to make sure everything was still going smoothly. That kind of customer service says a lot about a business. It’s not always easy finding an auto shop you feel comfortable trusting with your vehicle, but Driven Auto Service definitely earned my confidence. Great people, great service, and quality work. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend them!

  I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially for a company I’ve supported for years. We purchased multiple work vans from this business over the last several years and trusted them with a significant amount of our maintenance and repair work. Unfortunately, after two major experiences, I can no longer recommend them. The first incident involved repairs that were followed by a mechanical failure resulting in approximately $7,000 in damage. When I brought the issue to their attention, they declined responsibility and refused to stand behind the work. The second incident was even more concerning. They rebuilt a transmission, and later, while one of our technicians was driving, the transmission mount came loose, causing the engine and transmission to drop. The independent repair shop that inspected the vehicle told us the transmission mount had not been properly tightened, which they believed caused the failure and resulting damage. When I contacted the original shop, they would not accept full responsibility. They only offered to pay a small portion of the repair costs. To me, this raises an obvious question: if they believed their work was done correctly, why offer to pay anything at all? And after experiencing two major failures, why would I risk taking the vehicle back to the same shop? As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes happen. What separates a great company from a poor one is how they respond when something goes wrong. In my opinion, standing behind your workmanship is one of the most important parts of customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was that accountability was lacking, and I was left paying thousands of dollars for repairs after trusting this company with my fleet. I hope they improve the way they handle warranty issues and customer concerns. Until then, I cannot recommend them and would encourage anyone considering doing business here to ask detailed questions about their warranty policy and how they handle repairs if something goes wrong.   WATCH OUT, they like to lie and exaggerate. wrote a review about my poor experience and they sent me this, they are a dishonest place that will not honor the work they do. They took 10 weeks instead a reasonable time, they left my window open and got my vehicle rained in and when I got it back it was not fixed as promised but much dirtier. I asked for a partial refund because they did not do what was promised and took nearly 3 months plus some damages. The owner seemed honest but that fell apart and his techs definitely took advantage of him and i. That cost me thousands, time, and stress. They did a poor job, failed in many ways, and when it came to accountability, they will not be there for you. Edit. the new battery they so graciously put in was not new and the only reason they had to is because they don’t tenderize/trickle charge when doing diagnostic. Here I go spending more money because of empty promises.
