  Today ,July 8th, 2026, my husband was spraying weeds with his sprayer attached to his JD 5090E. Very early into his spraying a warning light began flashing on the dash (control panel). He called the John Deere service department in Bryan , Tx. And was connected with the service manager, Wesley Tindle. After telling him the codes that were showing on the dash, Wesley told my husband what the problem was. My husband expressed the urgent need to have the tractor repaired. Wesley said he could not make any guarantees but if I bring the tractor in he would try to get to it today. In less than two hours he was at the dealer. A service tech came out as it was being unloaded and he took it to the shop. Within four hours, he got a call that his tractor was repaired. My husband was very grateful that he was able to get the tractor home and back in the field. We are thankful that Wesley Tindle went above and beyond our expectations.

  I really appreciate the very fast response to my issue. Wes with service was very understanding of my dilemma and got me in the very same day. He repaired my baler and allowed me to complete my Hay baling without my hay getting wet. Wes, your A lifesaver.

  Whatever y’all are paying Justin Blalock it isn’t near enough, I came in frustrated and bitter and in 5 minutes he changed my outlook. He came outside and hooked up my PTO shaft that I tried an hour to get. Thanks Justin!

  I purchased a 2022 John Deere 5090E and a warning light saying my DEF tank was empty. The tank was full. I’m a retired veteran USMC age 74. The tractor only had 550 hours when purchased. In life it always takes several phone calls to get in touch with the person who can help you. I’m standing in the pasture, hot as hell in Texas but I finally reached the person who had all the answers. Wes Tindle, service manager in Bryan, Texas. Keep in mind that this tractor is still in warranty which didn’t matter to Wes. He took it from there and had his team ready with the correct parts and fixed it in one day. I’m still learning my way on the computer but Wes answered all my questions and provided quality consumer focused service! John Deere is the best. Thank you Wes Tindle!!
