  I always appreciate the team at United Ag and Turf. They go above and beyond every time. On this visit, Wes Tindle worked with me to get my equipment back running. He gathered the parts I needed and made sure everything was going to work as it should. I have met Wes 3 times and each time has been positive (very nice, professional and knowledgeable person).

  Today ,July 8th, 2026, my husband was spraying weeds with his sprayer attached to his JD 5090E. Very early into his spraying a warning light began flashing on the dash (control panel). He called the John Deere service department in Bryan , Tx. And was connected with the service manager, Wesley Tindle. After telling him the codes that were showing on the dash, Wesley told my husband what the problem was. My husband expressed the urgent need to have the tractor repaired. Wesley said he could not make any guarantees but if I bring the tractor in he would try to get to it today. In less than two hours he was at the dealer. A service tech came out as it was being unloaded and he took it to the shop. Within four hours, he got a call that his tractor was repaired. My husband was very grateful that he was able to get the tractor home and back in the field. We are thankful that Wesley Tindle went above and beyond our expectations.
