  Safelite technician Daylon provided exceptional customer service and the appointment was completed within 30mins. I had to bring my kids along for the appointment and was worried about them being impatient. When we entered the business there was a kids table with coloring books and reading books that kept them entertained the whole appointment. Thank you Safelite for considering children and providing materials for them to play with. Great experience!

  Jesse, the installer from Safelite, did a great job! He communicated well and knew what he was doing. My insurance company recommended Safelite and I’m glad they did. When I received the statement, their pricing was on par with other area installers.

  I’m honestly not one to ever write a bad review unless I really had a bad experience. I scheduled a mobile appointment today (August 6th 2026) around 1:30 for a rock chip. The representative said it was the last appointment available today, so I took it. It gave me an estimated time from 8:00-5:00 for when my technician would be here at the location I applied, no other message than that. I waited for 3 hours and it was getting close to 5:00 (5:00 is when they close) so I called to see if there was an estimated time. Mind you I spoke to AI, not even a real person. It said if I didn’t receive a message about a cancellation or reschedule from the company then I was still good for my appointment. 5:00 rolls around, still no message. But still had the confirmation for my appointment. So I called again.. now the office hours are closed. I waited. 6:00 now rolls around and I decide to message the number that gave me confirmation just to see if I could receive any help, and they tell me that the technician isn’t coming. I waited 4 hours for someone to come that was never coming & I didn’t even get a message noting something happened and they had to cancel. Mind you this is my first time with this company, and for what they are charging for a rock chip is insane. I would’ve appreciated at least knowing my technician wasn’t coming. Communication is key, especially for a business. I’m disappointed. UPDATE: I got a call today with them trying to reschedule me, and now they’re asking me to pay an additional 300 hundred after I got no showed last week. The audacity. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
