- MKMadison KennedyAug 27, 20261.0Things were going good in the beginning using them for a rental but now my mothers card has been charged twice and we have been calling everyday for almost a week to get it resolved being told they are working on it to now being avoided when I call not very professional and for someone who is living on a fixed income and relies on there money to be right is now struggling to do be ableto make ends meet and get the things needed for her everyday living needs. Their mess up and not working to get the issue fixed has been ridiculous the worst customer service we have dealt with.Let alone when calling hanging up in our faces. Once car is returned we will never use this location again. Someone needs to really either retrain some people or hire some new ones! Extremely frustrated and disappointed!!!
