  I called A & M Twin Body Shop today and spoke with a wonderful lady who listened to my concerns about the front of my SUV. She told me to bring it in for them to take a look. I explained that I wouldn’t get off work until 4:45 p.m., and she kindly assured me they would still be able to help. When I arrived, she greeted me with open arms and made me feel so welcome. Her kindness was truly appreciated. Then I met John Ed Velasquez, the owner, and he was just as amazing. He came outside, looked at my SUV, and told me he could take care of it that same day. That immediately put a smile on my face and gave me so much relief. In less than 30 minutes, my SUV was fixed! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Everyone at A & M Twin Body Shop was friendly, professional, and genuinely down-to-earth. I highly recommend A & M Twin Body Shop to anyone looking for honest, fast, and exceptional service. Thank you all for taking such great care of me!

  Great experience with this auto body shop. The team was welcoming, professional, and took time to answer my questions. They were open and easy to work with. You can tell they care about their work and their customers. Highly recommend!

  Please stay away from this business if you value your money or your vehicle. I took my daughter’s Toyota RAV4 in for a front bumper repair and was quoted $900. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. My daughter attends college in the area, so I had to rely on her assessment at pickup — which is understandably different from mine. Here’s what we encountered: 1. It took weeks just to receive a quote. 2. When she picked up the vehicle, panels and flares were still loose. 3. She had to wait an additional three hours for them to correct the issue. 4. The pre-collision warning was still active — something they apparently did not check or notice while moving the car around their shop. 5. We were told the sensor needed to be replaced at a cost of $500. When she came home this weekend, I had the vehicle reassessed elsewhere. The issue? The sensor simply needed to be reprogrammed — total cost: $150. Very disappointing experience overall. Consider this a lesson learned on our end, but I feel others should be aware before trusting them with their vehicle.

  Just tow the Mazda 3 damage from accident in to the shop this morning, given the good reviews here hopefully they will get it fix as soon as possible, will keep updating the process as it goes.
