  Dawn was so nice!! Very very clean facility and the covered parking has plenty height for my tall horse trailer with a generator on top of the hay rack

  Very good storage. Clean well protected. We had a RV under covered storage and a car in the open area and had absolutely no problems with anything. The owners were so very nice and helped when we unexpectedly had to get our RV out of the lot in the middle of a snow storm for a transport company. The gate was frozen closed and they stayed on the phone with us and kept trying to open the gate from the computer until it opened. I give them a 10+++++++

  R Storage is the best boat / RV storage in Brownwood! Dawn and her husband Frank, truly care about their customers. The level of security and the cleanliness of their facility is impeccable, which makes us feel safe parking our boat under their covered parking. The convenience of how close you are to the lake was another huge selling point for us. If you are looking for a place to keep your boat or RV, this is the only place we recommend.

  We stored our RV here for several months without any issues, and always had fast and friendly service. The price is comparable to others with less hassle. Very clean with no debris around or in your way. We will definitely be back at the end of the RV season if there are any spots available.
