  First time here and I was very happy with the service. The team there works quickly and efficiently. Jaime was really good at explaining what my truck needed and made suggestions. Overall great service would definitely recommend.

  Valvoline workers ( Jaime & Cristian ) were a great help! Answered all questions i had and more and explained when i should come back and offers for my future checks up on my vehicle, definitely recommending to friends and family! Thank you Jaime & Cristian again for your hospitality! And offering to get everything checked with oil and air filter!

  Just tried the new oil change location in Brownsville and I’m very pleased. Not only were they very quick and efficient, they were polite and not pushy and did not try to upsell anything which was extremely pleasant!!!! I highly recommend this location if you need a 15-minute oil change location!!

  Amazing customer service, providing excellent support, Jamie was friendly and explained everything that they offer in services. Explained what they were doing to my vehicle and I didn't need to get down, they were done in 20mins fast service.
