  I was initially skeptical to use Take 5, but decided to give it a try. And I am glad I did, the customer service I received from Natalie R. is by far the best customer service I have received at any car wash. Natalie took her time to explain each package deal in detail and answer any questions I had. It’s been a few days since I was there, however, I hope she will be around when I visit again.

  Guillian was so nice and helpful. She asked to power wash my matts and no other establishment has done before. Will be coming again

  Always a great wash on the truck and they scrubbed off the mosquitos from the front

  Timón, Jessica and Gisselle are great employees!!! They greet you with a smile and assist you in anything you need. The Take 5 Car Wash is located on 1260 Ruben Torres, Brownsville TX. The customer service is great!

  Went in for a wash today and I was greeted by Timon who went above and beyond, he noticed I had a lot of highway bug/grime in the front of my truck and he just tackled the issue with a geaat attitude he have the front grille extra passes with the brush. When I was vacuuming my truck he just kept getting things done, re-stocking hand towels and organizing the area. Very impressed with his customer service and dedication to his job. Keep it up!
