  The staff was very kind and patient, if you ever need to rent a car while in the Brownsville area, this is the enterprise rental you should go to.

  Zero stars if I could. Avoid this branch at all costs! The agent who helped my husband a month ago just handed over the keys and completely skipped the mandatory pre-rental walk-around inspection.Thank God my husband noticed a massive crack in the windshield before driving off and took a timestamped photo. He returned the truck to a different branch in New Mexico and explicitly told the employee there about the pre-existing crack. Out of nowhere, we just got a letter in the mail claiming we owe over $1,300!They sent total bullshit photos of "marks" on the truck body that you can't even see, plus the windshield crack we already proved was there first. We are absolutely not paying for this branch's pure negligence. Enterprise is straight-up lying and scamming loyal customers. Stop renting from them. If you absolutely have to, take a full video of the entire car before you leave the lot or they will blame you for damage you didn't do. If they don’t fix this I’ll be seeing them in court soon.

  Enterprise needs to get their stuff together. The local office is great, supportive and helpful. GiGi the manager is a Rockstar and deserves a pay raise or bonus or something for having to constantly cleanup the mess that Enterprise creates for her location. The Enterprise app showed luxury and elite cars available, so I reserved an elite. I show up and GiGi let me know they dont have any and not sure why it always says they do. She told me I was the third person that week in this situation. She did an amazing job working with me on a new car and even when I had to come back to swap it out, she was extremely helpful (and she is the only reason this isn't a 2-Star review). Thank you GiGi for all your help! Enterprise...let's get it together please.

  Smooth pickup/dropoff....Melanie at the counter was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

  Had a reservation, I made the mistake of making in a different Airport. Other than that, great customer service. Would definitely go to them again.
