  Reserved a full size vehicle and was given a sub compact suv and was threatened by sales associate that if I did not take the sub compact vehicle he was giving me, i recorded the whole conversation after he tried charging me for an upgrade for not having a full size vehicle I reserved. The fact that he threatened me of not getting any car after showing him my corporate agreement says if they don’t have my full size vehicle i reserved they give me free upgrade to 1 of the 3 minivans on lot or luxury full size equivalent they had on the lot. I recorded the threat and called to report to corporate Enterprise and they have ignored my complaint for almost a week now. Hertz and Avis is where my business will go from now on. What a disappointment on how Enterprise rental car is now doing business after 30+ rentals for this location over the years. Also car was rented at 3:30 pm and is due at 3:300pm. Started getting notices my car iI did not reserve is due at 12 noon. Gas tanks are never full as they were in the past. My secretary needs to alway reserve 2 vehicles sometime to get one full vehicle because this location never answers their phones and can never verify they actually have the vehicle we reserve before we go pickup and get stuck with what is good for them to give us. Reserve somewhere else. HERE is the update after my return, spoke to manager at location told her of my recorded experience with her assistant manager and she seemed to cover his tracks after telling her the story. She then tells me the Taos is the replacement for a full size vehicle. Myself, venders suppliers and all employees have rented from this location for many years and never one problem until the assistant manager decided to bend corporate policy. We have been renting for 15+ years from enterprise always rents at this location without this type of behavior . The Manager stated the Taos is an up grade to a full size rental according to Enterprise rental as policy. Here is what corporate told me and also printed online in enterprise policy, a Volkswagen Taos is considered a Compact SUV at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, not a full-size vehicle.If your reservation is for a Full-Size car (such as a Toyota Camry, Nissan Altima, or Chevrolet Malibu), and you are given a Taos, you have technically been downgraded or given a lateral swap in terms of cargo space, passenger volume, and vehicle class.Here is how Enterprise generally breaks down these categories:Compact SUV (SFAR): Volkswagen Taos, Toyota RAV4, or Nissan Rogue. These offer higher ground clearance but less rear legroom and trunk space than a full-size sedan.Full-Size Car (FCAR): Toyota Camry, Nissan Altima, or Chevrolet Malibu. These cars offer over 120 cubic feet of combined passenger and cargo volume, making them highly spacious for highway travel. Wow! I will update as soon as the corporate calls me back.

  I got a super clean vehicle like brand new. Staff was so helpful and picked me up at the collision center where my vehicle was being repaired to take yo go get my rental

  Brandon at this location is top of his class. I needed a car last minute and he went out of his way to assist me and made sure I walked out satisfied. This man needs a Pay raise.
