Just read a previous review and we both experienced the similar situation. I reserved (which doesn't matter to them) a mid-sized car and wanted me to take a compact car because they didn't have one for me. The acting manager for the day didn't do ANYTHING to help resolve the issue and with a smirk on his face the entire time. This happened to me yesterday July 30, 2026 and I will be calling corporate tomorrow! Stay away from this location and go to the airport for excellent service!! I had to go to the airport to pick up another rental without their help and 1 1/2 hours later. The associates saw how I was physically because I couldn't even explain my situation. Right away they made a swap and gave me a mid-sized car within 10 minutes. Update... Chris, i gave all the details to customer service. I just got my total bill. Wow! I got charged a full day rate for taking a car from location where I reserved a car to the airport. When it wasn't my mistake a car I reserve wasnt available. That is really messed up!!! They took a customer to drop off her car & bring her back to pick up her rental but couldn't take me to the airport!!! THIS ENTERPRISE location RIPPED ME OFF!
