  I had a very disappointing experience at Take 5 Car Wash. During my visit, the employees were extremely careless while using the handle brush and ended up breaking my shark fin antenna. There was a clear lack of attention and professionalism, and no one seemed to take responsibility for the damage. I trusted them with my vehicle, and instead left with an unnecessary repair. I would not recommend this location in Bridge City, TX if you value proper care of your car.

  So, I thought really hard about leaving this or not. My review is NOT based on the car wash. Its based on the young workers working there. The other day after I got off from work I decided to run my car through the car wash. I have a membership so I can go whenever. It really works out great because I work construction and my vehicle stays dirty. Anyways, back to the story. I pull up and a young man walks to my window as if to tell me something. I was hoping it was not to tell me they were closing early (over an hour early) because these kids have done that before, several times. Instead he shows me a QR code card and asked me to give him a good Google review. I was confused because this kid hasn't done anything to receive a review. So, maybe he is going help me after my wash and then I'll give him a review. I tell him I will when I finish the wash. He then with a sour face, an upset tone and with force in his voice said "just push the 5 stars". Again, I said later. This frustrates him and he ask me in a tone I really didnt appreciate, "Why won't I just do it now?". At this point I'm trying to keep my maiden name from coming out and hoping Jesus is going to hold me back because at this point I'm fixing to loose it on this kid. I looked at him and with a smirk on my face, I said I will definitely give you a review on Google. His young coworkers laughed at him as if what he was doing was hilarious. And this is where we are at. We are on Google talking about the punks at the Bridge City Take5 car wash who think its funny to harass customers and try and force them to give 5 star reviews on them. I hope this is ready and I really hope others will step forward if this has happen to them. Im sure I was targeted because I was an older woman and alone but who knows.
