  Staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately an old worn out mower couldn’t be repaired without costing half the price of a new one. They were very straightforward and honest about everything and answered all my questions. The salesman, Doug, was a pleasure to work with. Knows his stuff and we quickly found the right mower for my needs. He had everything ready for me and was able to sign papers and head out to go mow. Sure it’s gonna be pricey than the box store but the quality, service and warranty are unmatched

  Integrity in business is not often found anymore. Most places just want to sell their customer anything and everything. That is not the case at United Ag in Brady. From the sales staff to the service department, the integrity at this store is well above par. Any questions I have are answered timely and thoroughly. They work to find the best deal and will not sell anything they do not stand behind. I highly recommend this store for any and all farming and ranching needs.

  I had an amazing experience with the service manager, Rodney. I brought in a Tractor for repair and Rodney was very knowledgeable and had answers for every question I had. Rodney was honest and kept me updated with all the repairs. Rodney made everything very clear, upfront, and easy to understand. Rodney was very professional the entire time. Not only was the knowledge and professionalism a breath of fresh air, but my Tractor was also finished quick, fast, and in a hurry. My tractor is now running as good as new. Rodney was available for me every step of the way. I will definitely be returning for any future services needed.
