I can't say enough great things about my experience at Land Rover Boerne. Even though I have a Land Rover dealership much closer to home, the level of customer service I received here made the extra drive more than worth it. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free.
A special thank you to my Service Advisor, Dustin, who kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of with exceptional attention to detail. His communication, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers truly stood out.
I'd also like to recognize Chris in Sales. Although I wasn't there to purchase a vehicle, Chris took the time to assist me, answer my questions, and make me feel welcome. Both Dustin and Chris were knowledgeable, courteous, and never once made me feel pressured to purchase anything extra. Their customer-first approach made a lasting impression.
It's rare to find a dealership where everyone is so committed to providing an outstanding customer experience. Don’t expect great or even decent service after your purchase. All excuses on coverage and have to pay diagnostic fees even while car is under warranty. Horrible customer service, like talking to an AI bot. Stay away from this place
In more than 50 years of purchasing new vehicles every few years, the only consistently positive buying experiences I have had have been with Sewell dealerships.
When it came time to purchase a Range Rover, I specifically sought out Sewell, and my experience working with Alivia was, without question, the most stress-free and enjoyable vehicle purchase my wife and I have ever experienced.
Alivia could not have been more professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and never pressured us to settle for something that wasn't the right fit, as is often the case at other dealerships.

Had the best experience here with our salesman Daniel Rivera on a 2024 suburban. Literally made the negotiating so fast and easy! He worked with us on our two trade in’s and also made sure to get us a new tail light for the suburban that we were buying since one of them had a little humidity in it! World class customer service, give this man a raise!
