  Went to get my car washed today since I bought it at Sewell Cadillac but I gotta say the entire staff was incredible! The service guys were prompt and friendly. I was waiting in the lobby and Chris a salesman came up, he was professional and very knowledgeable. I felt like I made friends. I know we’re I’m buying my next car. The whole experience was 5 stars.

  I purchased a car from this dealership a few months ago and had an excellent experience. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The service department has been very attentive, honest, and professional whenever I've needed assistance. My salesperson, Christopher, was excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough great things about my experience at Land Rover Boerne. Even though I have a Land Rover dealership much closer to home, the level of customer service I received here made the extra drive more than worth it. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. A special thank you to my Service Advisor, Dustin, who kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of with exceptional attention to detail. His communication, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers truly stood out. I'd also like to recognize Chris in Sales. Although I wasn't there to purchase a vehicle, Chris took the time to assist me, answer my questions, and make me feel welcome. Both Dustin and Chris were knowledgeable, courteous, and never once made me feel pressured to purchase anything extra. Their customer-first approach made a lasting impression. It's rare to find a dealership where everyone is so committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.
