  I’ve lived in the Boerne area for more than 25 years, and this was my first experience visiting this Enterprise location. Even though I ultimately did not rent a vehicle here today, I felt compelled to leave a review specifically because of the exceptional customer service I received from Kelsey Guentcel. From the moment I walked in, Kelsey stood out. Before she even began helping me, I overheard her speaking with another customer on the phone. The positive energy, patience, and professionalism in her voice immediately caught my attention. Having owned a business myself, I have always believed that customer service is the heartbeat of any organization, and Kelsey demonstrated exactly what that should look like. I came in looking for a cargo van to help take my son back to the University of Arkansas and also wanted to see what options Enterprise could offer given my National Executive Elite status. Kelsey took the time to listen, understand what I needed, and walk me through my options with complete transparency and honesty. Ultimately, because I could use my National rewards and receive unlimited mileage, it made more sense for me to rent through National at the San Antonio airport. That decision had nothing to do with the service I received here. In fact, the service is exactly why I am writing this review. I highly recommend this Enterprise location. Kelsey was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely interested in helping me make the best decision—even when that decision meant renting somewhere else. That says a great deal about her character and the way she represents Enterprise. I especially hope Kelsey’s manager, Todd Pfister, recognizes the type of employee he has on his team. Great customer service deserves to be acknowledged, and Kelsey earned that recognition today. Kelsey, thank you for taking care of me and for representing your company so well. You absolutely deserve the recognition.

  I like to rent cars because my car is a 2005 automobile and it has issues. It doesn't like to go long distance. Planned on going to SA. So we stopped in at this Enterprise. I have had some bad experiences with Enterprise before. Anyways the experience here at this one was totally different. The #1 reason is the worker named "John". He was very good at his job. I walked in the 4 other different customers came in. And he apologized to all that he was the only one there at that time. He said two people should be coming in 5 minutes. He took care of me and all the 4 other different accounts before they got there. It was nice to see. He deserves a raise. Thanks for a great experience.
