  Lifesavers! True professionals who turned a complete nightmare around. After spending eight exhausting hours dealing with the worst customer service experience I have ever had at the Fredericksburg and Kerrville locations—where an employee named Rene wasted an entire day of our time, canceled reservations, and refused service—walking into this Enterprise was a breath of fresh air. We had lost a whole day of critical travel and were completely stranded. The staff at this location immediately stepped in, treated us with dignity, and went above and beyond to get us into a vehicle without any hassle. They were efficient, genuinely helpful, and showed what actual customer service is supposed to look like. They completely saved our trip when another branch left us out out in the cold. If you need a reliable rental and people who actually care about helping you, go out of your way to rent from this team!

  The Enterprise office in Boerne, TX, is one of the best rental car offices I have ever dealt with! The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to make me feel valued as a customer—even when I specifically ask for a vehicle with in-state plates. It’s the little things like that which make a big difference. I truly appreciate the excellent service and the way this team takes care of its customers. Great job, Enterprise Boerne!

  I was extremely impressed with the customer service at Enterprise, especially John. They were incredibly busy, but he remained respectful, polite, and professional with every customer. While I was there, another customer became very upset and was demanding a luxury vehicle. John handled the situation exceptionally well. He stayed calm and respectful and took the customer outside to speak with her privately and help de-escalate the situation. He showed a lot of patience and professionalism even though the situation was difficult. Despite how busy and stressful things were, John and the rest of the team continued to treat each customer with kindness and respect. It was really impressive to watch how well they handled everything. Excellent customer service!

  Easy to reserve type of rental car at a good price when I needed one due to hail damage. People at counter were very helpful, process went smoothly, had the car in a few minutes. Would highly recommend.

  We had a10:00 am appointment made by our insurance company, to pick up a car at Enterprise located at 3124 IH 10, Boerne, Tx. When we arrived, we signed all the documents and gave them our credit card. They said there would be a 10-to-15- minute delay. There were no cars available and there was a room full of people waiting for a car. Cars trickled in from another location, one at a time, then had to be washed. After waiting quite a while, we were offered a car. An attendant attempted to pair our phone with that car and had problems. He finally determined the car did not have wireless car play. Then someone who seemed to be a manager said if we wanted to go home, they would deliver a car to us by 3:00 pm. At 3:30, we hadn’t heard from them. I called and was told the car for us had to have an oil change, and if held the line, he would find out when it could be delivered. I waited 17 minutes and gave up and hung up the phone. I called back and canceled my reservation. Then went to another car rental and had a car in about five minutes. Don’t believe I’ll use Enterprise again.
