Rich and Josh have been taking care of my family off road needs since 2015, they have installed lift kits, bed covers, tool boxes ,headache racks, air bags , super springs, bumpers , off road lights, strobe lights and spray in bed liners . Every thing I can imaging to get in stalled they come through all the time. Honest prices and great service , if an issue comes up they resolve it . They really think outside the box. They’re the only place I go. Thank you for all the years of servicing my vehicles Well played Gents.

I held off on writing this review, hoping all issues were resolved—until last week. I purchased a Ranch Hand front and rear bumper for my F-350 King Ranch. When I picked up the truck, the front parking sensors were going off constantly. Despite me pointing it out before leaving, they let me drive off anyway. The sensors were not installed to manufacturer specs. Additionally, the rear bumper was installed crooked, which the shop immediately blamed on the manufacturer. I went back and had them readjust the sensors (confirmed they were installed incorrectly), and readjust the bumpers and 7 pin trailer harness. To make matters worse, after the owner supposedly fixed these issues: 1. Rear Bumper: It wasn’t properly tightened, forcing me to readjust it myself last week. 2. 7-Pin Trailer Harness: The connector was installed incorrectly, keeps falling out, and is still loose today. 3. Exposed Wiring: Wiring harness connections from their work under the rear bumper fell completely loose. Ranch Hand products are great quality—the issue lies entirely with this shop's sloppy installation and lack of attention to detail. For the money spent, the job should have been done right the first time. I don't have time to keep returning to fix their mistakes. I do not recommend this shop.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience with Auto Trim of Boerne! I brought my brand-new 2026 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition in to have a BAKFlip MX4 TS tonneau cover installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the job. Josh was great to deal with from beginning to end—knowledgeable, straightforward, friendly, and very helpful. The installation itself was extremely clean and professional. Everything is perfectly aligned, operates smoothly, and looks like it belongs on the truck from the factory. Great workmanship, fair pricing, excellent customer service, and people you can trust. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects on my Ridgeline. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
