  The only reason im even okay with giving them the one star review that its making me leave to be able to even write this review is because im guessing the district managemant and the other lady that helped me were very nice but the guy I had gotten the night before was very RUDE!!!! If I wasnt the considerate person that I am I would had cleared my throat and spat at him his name was IRVEN M if im correct he is a short hispanic guy so as soon as i asked for help you could literally see from the mans face and body language that he did not want to help me. I told him I needed help with reading my car codes and checking my cars battery charging system he only grabs the code reader and walks out to my car in a sluggish unwanting way so he finally gets to the car and I told him the car wont start i don’t get a reply he then Im guessing gets a reading he proceeds to pop the hood and looks at the battery he goes "you got the battery from walmart" I answer with 'Yes' he waits a little and repeats himself so you got the battery at Walmart? I reply yes he then proceeds to tell me "you can take the battery to walmart and get it swapped out" I looked at him like seriously? and told him 'sir i brought the car here so that you can find out what is wrong with my car if it’s my alternator or if my battery is bad" he gives me a blank stare turns around and walks inside to get the battery reader I repeat to him "my car wont turn on can you jump it?" I get no reply then he goes " turn the car on" so I repeat myself "sir i told you the car wont start can you jump it" he puffs and proceeds to jumps my car he then told me it was the battery because it was dead so i asked if he could charge it he said yes i moved my car with the battery charger on and he walks inside as im removing the battery charger and taking the cables off the battery to take it out my car he walks up grabs the charger and walks away back inside once im done I go inside and he completely ignores me so I had to ask another sales rep for help now I understand it may have been a long day for him but i also had just got off a 11 hour shift and continue to struggle with my car for 2 hours and I myself do not have the same ugly atitude that he had IF HE DOES NOT LIKE HIS JOB HE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER ONE hopefully not a customer service one because he is Terrible did i mention his name was IRVIN M

  First time coming to this AutoZone. Had a problem with a duralast alternator coming with the connector broken, had bought it from another AutoZone and tried to take it back but they didn't have another to exchange it with. So came to this one. Came in waited in line and talked to an older man with glasses, gray hair, and beard, didn't catch his name. Told him my issue, he took it out and looked at it, said nothin, started angrily scanning and typing, I gave him the receipt so he could warranty it, he said he was going to have to do it a certain way. Then he went and got the new one, took it out and had shown it to me kinda shoving it in my face, then he packaged it for me and told me "now we BOTH know it's not broken" he said it in a way that he thinks I broke it when everyone knows half of the parts in AutoZone come broken from shipping. I did not deserve to be treated that way, there was no please, no thank you, no yes mam no no mam, no respect, I did not come in angry and yelling I said please and thank you. I am sick of going places and getting immediate disrespect from older men. I deserve basic respect and this AutoZone did not deliver.

  Had to replace a battery late one night, and a worker named Gabriel stayed after closing to help us replace a stripped screw in one of terminals. Whatever he's making, he deserves a raise. Excellent service.
