  -The manager on duty 5/2 around 11:45-12:30 needs to learn how to be a manager. He was extremely rude after I circled back to let him know the car wash still left my car dirty. I told him I just came through for a car wash and he said doesn’t look like it. I told him exactly. I pulled up my bank account and handed my phone to him to show that my last transaction was for the $12.29 car wash. He seen my bank account so he knew I wasn’t hurting over $12 but the fact that I could’ve paid $5 somewhere else and get a better outcome is crazy. He then starts to argue with me that it doesn’t show the time or date on when the transaction was done and claims his bank account shows. We obviously have 2 different banks but that was neither here or there. I told him to run the cameras and he states he doesn’t have time for that. I asked who the manager was and he said hi I’m the manager. I pointed to the nice man who helped me the first time (he’s the reason I didn’t give this place a 1 star) he then integrates this man asking him if he helped me because I pointed them out. He ultimately said yes she came around and at that point he was still arguing with me about him not seeing me come through and the time wasn’t posted on my account like that mattered! He gave me a caliber car wash which was nice of him to do but still was arguing with me about it. It’s not like he pays the water bill. I gave him my phone with my bank account information. If I was lying about it I wouldn’t be going the extra mile to show him. I will never go back.

  I have enjoyed this new car wash. The staff as you enter is friendly. I like the ability to have a membership and go when needed. Having a designated members entrance is fantastic. I have enjoyed the area where you can self clean the inside and wipe down the outside forth the towels and cleaner provided in each bay. The only negatives I have experienced and that they don’t do a great job at brushing the outside of the car before you enter the wash. This is very hit or miss and sometimes they get one side or front or back but not the whole thing. The other negative I have experienced is that the Matt washer is always lout if order. I have been at least 6 times already and it is never working.

  I love coming to Caliber Car Wash! They always do a great job getting my car super clean, and the self vacuum stations are such a nice bonus—easy to use and always well maintained. The employees are consistently so friendly and helpful, which really makes the experience even better. You can tell they work hard and take pride in what they do. With summer coming and the heat already hitting 90°, I honestly feel for the team out there working in it—they deserve to be comfortable and in shorts while they’re hustling! Really appreciate the great customer service every time I come through.

  Amazing car wash! Who ever runs this store is ontop of everything! My car comes out clean every single time I go to the Benbrook location, I have gone to the other locations around the DFW area but it seems as if they don’t get my car as clean as I would like it to ? Not sure as to why … I do find my self going out of my way though to get to the Benbrook location as they are awesome !! Manager is always amazing to speak with I say put him in all of them!! The girl in the front yosby is very kind everytime I go as well!!!

  Extremely disappointed with the lack of service and basic professional courtesy at this location. My brother was stranded on-site for three hours because his car wouldn’t start, and not a single staff member checked on him or offered any assistance. It’s one thing to have a mechanical issue, but it’s another for employees to watch a customer struggle for hours without saying a word. I had to leave my own day to go rescue him since the team here couldn't be bothered to help. We won’t be coming back.
