This Place just opened up in Belton Tx, Gave it a shot and found honesty and fairness. The manager Hector has been in the automotive industry for a long time and I can see the passion behind it. It’s hard to find that now days!! All in all , this shop is the place to go!! Note: my car is running better then ever I’ll make the 23min drive every time for my car needs💯

My recent visit to the new Breaks Plus in Belton… (09 Oct 26) Long story short, I ended up needing to replace the rear brakes, both rear rotors and one caliper… not the way I wanted to start off my three day weekend. Cons: 1- Better communication from the front line folks, initially came across as sus. 2- No comp coffee or bottled water available 3- No vending machines Pros: 1- Very clean waiting room 2- Free guest WiFi 3- They’ll take you to your vehicle to show and explain the issue(s) 4- Provide multiple quotes for work, based on required services. I would use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

My wife and I walked in to inquire about our breaks and oil change let me just say this Bret, Roe and Hector are the COOLEST!! They explained everything and Bret actually showed me what was what. And of course w got our oil changed at a very reasonable price 🫶🏾and getting our Breaks done in a couple weeks. Bret was honest about what needed to be done and Hector broke it down about the breaks and I love that. And Roe gave us these cool lil pack backs and when I stated I love ink pens my girl came with them too. We are customers for life here in Belton. We appreciate you guys hospitality you all are so friendly and cool. All laughter and smiles. ( Now go check them out)

Scheduled my appointment online and arrived early. The staff greeted me at the door, if in the miserable rain. They were great as we discussed my needs. After this they pulled the tires did a full inspection and discussed that the brakes were good and that I had at least 20% of life left on my brakes. Had them check the brake fluid, ended up replacing it due to 70,000 and battery check. After all was said and done their honesty was obvious and they were great!!

Roe was an exceptional advisor. They took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and clearly explained all of my options. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire shop, from the manager to the mechanics. Everyone was knowledgeable, thorough, and made me feel confident in the work being done. I’ll definitely be back and will trust them with my family’s vehicles in the future.
