He moved mountains to get me into the truck that I needed and was so kind throughout the long rental period. Explained every charge before I had to ask. I believe his name was James. He’s extremely accommodating and will use him for every rental in the future
- LWlatoshia WilsonSep 24, 20265.0Outstanding customer service at this location would use them every time if I lived closer. James is excellent, beyond excellent, very professional
- JBJoseph BellSep 21, 20261.0Pretty poor service, literally the worst enterprise location that I’ve ever stopped by. I travel for work and have rented in at least 5+ different states for the last 6 years and this one is by far a location you should avoid. They said they would have a vehicle ready for me at 5:30 and refused to rent due to poor communication and told me certain policies that I confirmed at another location wasn’t true (I have to use a credit card to rent even though it was an insurance claim rental, I have to pay out of state fees) if not for another location being helpful enough to stay after closing I wouldn’t have been able to get a vehicle with them telling me to come 30 minutes before closing and to be clear I confirmed at that location that everything this location had told me was false. I would not rent from this location and I advise anyone else to stay as far away as you can. The last thing you want to deal with after a car accident is pretentious managers abusing their position (James branch manager) I would give 0 stars if possible
- MMMartin MedinaSep 17, 20261.0Really bad customer service. Did not receive a courtesy call letting us know that a vehicle we requested is not available. Then they did not help us request a car from a different location. They gave us a number to call another location ourselves.
